Dear Patients,
We regret to inform you that our International Medical Centre will cease all operations on 30 April, 2022. In some cases, other medical operators will carry on the same or similar operations at the same place.
We have been fighting great hardship caused by the pandemic over the past year. But regrettably we are still unable to maintain viable business and therefore need to come to this difficult decision.
After the cessation of operations, unless we have received the objection from you, we shall pass to your relevant treatment doctor a copy of your medical records necessary for your continual and/or future treatment. We also suggest you to complete the attached form to give us the consent to pass a copy of your medical records to any medical operator which would like to continue to provide medical services to you.
